When is it happening?
4th to 10th January, 2025
Where is it happening?
At a beautiful, quaint villa in Kasauli Hills, about a 90-minute drive
from Chandigarh. Adjoining a forest area, the property is a stone’s throw
away from the heart of Kasauli. The villa is tucked in a scenic and peaceful
location, away from the city din, so when you feel like unlocking your creativity,
you wouldn’t travel anywhere else from here other than inside yourself. Dotted with
dense, timbered woods, Kasauli is perched in the Solan district in the charming state
of Himachal Pradesh. Kasauli Hills are famed for their picture-perfect surroundings
and magnificent colonial mansions.
How to get there?
Kasauli is very close to Chandigarh (60 km) and Kalka (25 km), and these two places
make for the best routes to reach the magnificent hill station. Kalka has the nearest
broad gauge railway station and Chandigarh has the nearest airport. If you are having
trouble arranging your last mile arrival at the Retreat, do get in touch with us at

So, when do I get there and when do I leave?
Travelling to a hill station is a time-taking task. So, plan to reach there by early
afternoon on the 4th of January. We kick off the Retreat around 6 pm on the same day.
Ease in, have dinner with your co-attendees, and have a word with the facilitators.
Settle in for a good night’s sleep, so we can start nice and early on the following day.
The Retreat will be conducted full day each from 5th to 9th January. You may plan
to leave for your destination any time before 11am on the 10th.
How many participants will there be in all?
16 at the maximum. The idea is to create an intimate group of people
who are serious about their creative transformation and can be
cheerleaders for each other’s creative journey. We also ensure that we
have a diverse and varied lot across creative domains and experience
levels so that when the journeys intersect, there are enough
experiences and stories to take solace in.
What’s the accommodation like?
Cocooned amidst wispy clouds and an azure-blue sky, this colonial-style villa
is something straight out of a story book. The sprawling property boasts ample
sit-outs from where you can soak up the dreamy atmosphere of Kasauli. But perhaps
the most attractive of them all is a gazebo style sit-out, appointed with coffee
seating, so you can start your mornings with a refreshing cuppa at nature’s lap.
The iron balustrades that line this space and overlooks the nearby hills have
overheard many conversations and moments of joy. Another sit-out is perfect for
you to end your days in with a bonfire.
The villa is designed with an exposed brick façade and hip roofs that lend it a
rather old-world charm. There is an open-air dining area where you can relish an
al fresco-style meal at any time of the day. The bedrooms are designed with a palatial
appeal and ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Each room is furnished with an
elegant bed with side tables and lamps, a wardrobe, and coffee seating for added convenience.
Carpets on the floor ensure your feet are always warm. The en suite washrooms are tiled
and fitted with western sanitary ware.
There will be a total of 16 attendees with 2 facilitators at the Retreat.
How much does it cost?
INR 88,889 + government taxes per person on twin sharing.
INR 1,31,000 + government taxes for a private room (limited seats on first come,
first serve basis).
