What you create from the core of your being will never leave you, even if others do.

On the loneliest days and darkest nights, when all seems lost and worthless, and you are disheartened, dispirited and distressed, creativity will allow you to put your head on its lap as it comforts you.

Creativity will heal you.

We never really get out of our childhood.

To heal yourself, you don't have to go back to your childhood. You are always there. For childhood experiences define every action and behaviour of yours as an adult. So, in a way, we never really grow up.
Having unmet needs as a child leads us to feel a lack of stability, not being heard, not being validated and not feeling safe.
Being rejected in our childhood, we don't express ourselves with authenticity. We ghost friendships and avoid people and situations.
When we are betrayed during childhood, we show up as non-trusting adults seeking control.
Feeling humiliated in our early years leads us to being people-pleasers, putting others first and not choosing to have fun, thinking something bad may happen.
When our primary caregivers are strict or authoritarian, we set a very high standard for ourselves, thereby failing often and hiding our sensitivity.
Our behaviour is about us. The way others respond to our behaviour is about them.
Our job is to heal ourselves from childhood traumas, guilt, shame, anger, regret and rejections. When we heal ourselves, we clear the path for fearless creation. Just like we did when we were fearless little beings.

“Transformation or unleashing your creating self is an understatement for what this retreat does to you. It is a very well-designed program that methodically and through various processes is able to help you discover your potential. It can go deep within and touch your soul in a way that nothing ever has. For me it got me out of a shell that I had built around myself for twenty plus years and brought the best version of me out from the depths of time. I highly recommend it to everyone not just for clarity and insight into their professional but personal life as well. A big thank you and Kudos to Arun and the team of Creativegarh for making this retreat a life changing experience.”
