Nothing.                     ‘I was busy’ can be no excuse to not be kind.           ‘I was under pressure’ is not an excuse to kill someone's spirit with vitriolic remarks.           ‘I was stressed’ cannot be the reason to make someone play small, stay small.           ‘I didn't think it was such a big deal’ is a sham. It IS a big deal if you are unkind.           Showing up on time is kindness. Making a commitment and sticking to it is kindness. Paying someone on time for their services is kindness. Holding space for someone is kindness. Giving space is kindness. Creating space is kindness.           There's no excuse to not be kind.           It costs nothing. Nothing.           But it could cost someone their entire lifetime for not showing up for themselves.             When you create from the soul, you light a fire. When you create from the ego, you burn out.                     When you create from the ego, you create for reward. When you create from the soul, you create for wonder.           When you create from the ego, you want to create excitement. When you create from the soul, you find everything exciting.           When you create from the ego, you thrive on anxiety. When you create from the soul, silence becomes your soulmate.           When you create from the ego, you give away too much of yourself from what you do not possess. When you create from the soul, you give everything you have from the abundance you attract.           When you create from the ego you want to protect the self. When you create from the soul, you want to create impact and be selfless.           When you create from the ego, you want external validation. When you create from the soul, you find inner peace.           When you create from the ego, you expect miracles. When you create from the soul, you co-create miracles.           When you create from the ego, you become the center of your universe. When you create from the soul, the universe makes you the center of everything.           When you create from the ego, you want to become.
