  Issue #6

A weekly newsletter from Creativegarh to help you reignite your creative passion.

What's worse than the fear of failure? Fear of success.

  mark

What if you can't replicate your success and have to face the ridicule of people calling you a one-hit-wonder?

What if you are not really talented but just got lucky by being in the right place at the right time?

What if people call you a hack, a plagiarist because you've not been able to hide your sources of inspiration?

What if you can't handle the limelight, for being an introvert, you never trained for it ever, even in your head?

What if people compare you to the best in your field and you will fall awfully short of even coming close to their talent?

What if you do get an award but people tell you that it's not coveted enough and can be bought for a few thousands?

What if you actually succeed and your parents, who have always been the naysayers of your creativity will feel dejected and rebelled against?

We all know of the perils of fear of failure but the fear of success is its more fiendish, unholy cousin. It has the potential to take you to the pinnacle of success but throws you right off the mountain before you are just about to touch the peak.

There's no better way to slay this demon than to just keep creating. Just keep doing what you do. And allow the universe to guide you to where you belong. Success.

  What are you practicing nowadays?

  mark

  You become what you practice.

When you practice love, you master love. And when you master something, you become it. This is unconscious competence - where you start doing things on auto mode, without effort.

Similarly, when you practice anger, you become anger.

When you practice living in a negative pattern, that pattern becomes your life.

When you practice being in a victim mode, you live in the victim mode. Period.

When you practice living with your fears, the fears become your masters.

When you practice creating to satisfy your ego, you become the one with a big ego.

When you practice listening to yourself, you become the most authentic, self-aware version of you.

When you practice being compassionate, you embody that.

When you practice allowing, you allow the source to work through you.

When you practice living in an uninterrupted state of marvel, awe and wonder, you become one with the miracles of the universe.

You become what you practice. And you are always practicing something.

  What are you practicing nowadays?
