  Happy New Ear.

When you are on a healing journey through creativity, it's always two steps forward, and one step back. One day you may feel you're ready to take on the world. The next day, you may find the world to be unforgiving. Thursday may be a rollercoaster; Friday may be a car that's run out of gas on the highway. A week of being in the flow may be followed by a fortnight of sluggishness and resistance running your life.

Just be kind to yourself. Listen to the pleas of your inner child. Baby yourself, as they say. Ensure that you give yourself your ‘me-time’, gift yourself a new scarf, treat yourself to one more cup of warm tea, and have the raisin walnut cake that you have been saving for the weekend.

Check-in with yourself many times a day and ask yourself a simple question, 'how are you doing'? And give yourself an honest reply. If life is looking hard, give yourself a big, warm hug, by saying that everything will be okay and be hugged by moments of solitude in return.

Your inner child is a blabbermouth. Listen to it and it'll tell you things about yourself you didn't even know. The universe is also a motormouth, a chatterbox, and it just won't keep quiet.

It prattles on and it talks through signs. Through numbers and words, through whispers and nudges, through dreams and thoughts, through angels and cheerleaders, through birds and bees, through ants and elephants, through road signs and milestones, through leaves and pages, through karma and intuition, through magic and miracles.

Make solitude your friend. Sit down with yourself and you'll hear the entire universe inside and outside of you talking to you and guiding you.

  Happy New Ear.

What are they saying about us?

Anitha Ranjit

“There’s a stream, a thin gurgling brook. It happily flows down, finding the way as it goes. Its currents while away the time by playing with the sharp stones in its bed. As the stream flows along level ground, the currents collect some stones and pile them up. They keep on adding more to the pile. Before long the stream has dammed itself up. It can’t flow, wants to get unclogged, but doesn’t know how to. It searches for help. Enter Creativegarh, dressed up as Arun and Mihika. They point out which stones to remove, and teach the stream how to do it on its own. As it loosens a few ones from here and there, water begins to trickle down through the gaps. How amazing, the stream thinks, as a rush of joy and relief fill the currents. Armed with the toolkit to bring down the selfmade dam, the stream happily gurgles again, filled with gratitude, now aware of how to maintain the flow.”
