It’s where life begins.                     We wind up for the day. As we lift our feet from the floor onto the bed, we reminisce about how our feet have always been running. For the next hit, the next million, the next job, the next car, the next award. And mostly running away from something. Is it ourselves?           As we wind up, we drop the mask that we have been wearing all day. The mask of pretence, personality, ego, anger at the world outside, the endless desire, the mask that hides our guilt, shame, regrets, rejections, and life choices. And we wear a face mask, to show ourselves and the world that everything is fine. But only on the outside.           As we wind up for the day, we put all that ties us to our unfulfilled lives on the bedside table. The keys to the car, the phone, the half read self book on how to take charge of your life.           We silence the mind and allow ourselves to be carried away into the unconscious dreams.           But as we wake up the next morning, we are back to the chatter of our mind. We dress up in a cloak on invincibility made of the fabric of our ego and pick up the chains from our side table.           From the dreams of freedom back into the dreams of what life could be, we move compulsively and unconsciously. We keep our worries in plain sight, hoping that is the only way they won't come true.           We try to control everything. Every thought, every relationship, every outcome. Not realising that what we are holding onto is in fact what is holding us back.           Surrender. Let go.                 How & where can you pour your love into this world?                     When you are seeking answers to all that is happening around you, ask yourself probably the deepest question ever. And start with becoming the answer yourself.           Where does the world lack love? Where can you pour your love into the world today? Where can you ignite love and hope in this world? Where are the potholes on the path of love that you can fill with your you-ness? Ask where your presence is needed the most in this world that just by your being there, the needle on the happiness index will shift in the lives of people?           Ask where your compassion and empathy is needed today? Where can your ability to feel people's pain and be with them through their dark phase heal them?           Ask where your talent is needed in the world today? Where the unique treasures and gifts that you are born with can be used to fill the empty coffers of love in this world?           Maybe it is in the stories you write where you show them that love can still create happy endings and erase conflict. Maybe it is through your healing that people get back to being themselves and love life all over again. Maybe it's through your art and how it takes people to those moments in life they have forgotten to love.           Maybe it's in your mentorship to help people find love in their professional lives again. Maybe it's in your advocacy for animal rights and how you bring love to the environment. Maybe it's in the food you cook and how people feel loved and wanted just by being fed with love. Maybe it's in your dancing which helps many love and explore the lightness in their own being as they let go of the drudgery that they drag their feet through every day.           Maybe it's in your poems, the words that sprinkle love and fairy dust on a problem one has been dealing with. Maybe it's in your design of homes where you reignite the love in people to look forward to coming back home everyday. It could be in your therapy where children find the love they were lacking from their parents. Maybe it's in your ability to hold space for someone as they heal from the hurting. It could be in your unique power to channel the angels and help people overcome the grief of tragedy.           Fill the world with your unique love. Do it.
